建设工程监理工作的规范化研究

摘要

近年来，随着我国基础设施建设事业的迅速发展，对我国建设工程监理行业提出更高、更新的要求。加强建筑工程监理工作是提高建筑质量的重要手段之一。监理是保证工程质量的先行者，因此监理在建设五大主体中非常重要，更是建设主体中不可或缺的部分。每一个工程项目，都离不开现场管理，现场管理的好坏直接影响着企业的形象和效益，还决定着工程进度与资金的运作情况好坏，更加制约着工程质量的好坏。所以工程现场管理与控制非常重要，是决定工程质量好坏和工程安全生产是否符合要求的关键。本文通过对建设工程监理的现场规范管理和控制所出现问题的研究,探讨建设工程监理工作深入化、科学化、规范化的问题。文章分析了我国建设工程监理行业的正规化、制度化建设所取得的成就及仍然存在的问题，从工程中可能会出现的情况来剖析工程监理的质量、进度、投资以及安全的现场管理与控制。从而使工程监理进行有效有序管理，保证其工程质量。

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's infrastructure construction, we have put forward higher and newer requirements for the construction supervision industry in our country. Strengthening the construction supervision work is one of the important means to improve the quality of the construction process. Supervision is the forerunner to ensure the quality of the project. Therefore, supervision is very important in the construction of the five main bodies and is an indispensable part in the construction of the main body. Of course, every project can not be separated from the site management. The quality of the site management directly affects the image and efficiency of the enterprise. It also determines the progress of the project and the operation of the funds, which in turn restricts the quality of the project.
