XCLW31581 浅谈混凝土裂缝成因及控制措施 (字数:9671) 摘要 混凝土裂缝是建筑施工过程中最常见,也是较难避免的一种现象,裂缝的危害影响工程使用功能,如需防水的混凝土工程。轻者影响工程使用寿命,严重会影响人们的生活生产安全。如大楼倾斜,大桥坍塌等恶性事故隐患。本文结合自己的工作经验,从设计、材料、配合比、施工现场养护等方面对混凝土工程中常见的一些裂缝的成因进行了分析探讨。针对混凝土裂缝产生的原因,在混凝土结构设计、混凝土材料选择、配合比优化、以及施工现场的养护等方面提出了控制裂缝发展的措施。依据相关文献,并总结了混凝土裂缝的处理方法:表面封闭法、压力灌浆法、填堵法等。 关键词: 混凝土;裂缝;成因;控制 Concrete cracks in the construction process is the most common, but also more difficult to avoid a phenomenon, the impact of the cracks affect the use of the project functions, such as waterproof concrete works required. The light will affect the service life of the project, will seriously affect the safety of people's lives and production. Such as building tilt, bridge collapse and other malignant accidents. In this paper, combined with their own work experience, from the design, material, mix ratio, construction site maintenance and other aspects of the common causes of cracks in concrete engineering are analyzed and discussed. In view of the causes of concrete cracks, the paper puts forward the measures to control the cracks in the design of concrete structures, the selection of concrete materials, the optimization of mix proportion, and the maintenance of the construction site. On the basis of the relevant literature, and summarized the treatment method of concrete crack, surface sealing, pressure grouting and filling method.
