建筑项目利益相关方冲突管理研究

摘  要

改革开放以来，随着我国综合国力的不断增长，我国在施工项目方面的需要不断增加，对各类工程施工项目涉及利益的参与各方进行冲突分析研究是非常重要的，对项目冲突的处理水平提出了更高的要求，建筑工程是在冲突的产生和处理的过程中不断成长的，近年来建筑工程技术和管理的复杂程度逐年提高，使工程的各个参与方之间产生越来越多的冲突，使工程的进度发生了较大的改变，如今对工程的参与各方的冲突的处理已经不能满足现实的要求，基于以上研究，需要对工程建设参与各方之间产生的冲突进行分析。

本篇范文参考项目全生命周期的有关知识，全面的探讨了工程项目各个参与方的冲突和解决的方法，描述了工程项目利益相关方与建设项目冲突的含义，特点，识别流程，并对建设项目利益相关方的识别方法，冲突的类型以及冲突产生的原因全面的进行了阐述，综合运用了全项目生命周期的相关知识，依据项目管理的知识，全面准确的提出了全项目生命周期内工程参与方之间冲突的解决办法，以500kv油城变压器监理项目为实例分析，提出了解决全项目生命周期内各个项目参与方之间冲突的处理方法。

Abstract

Since reform and opening, with the continuous growth of China's comprehensive national strength, China needs in the construction project of increasing participation in all types of construction projects involving the interests of the parties to the conflict analysis is very important to deal with conflicts on the project level put forward higher requirements, the construction project is in the process of generating and handling conflict in the growing complexity of construction engineering and management in recent years has increased annually, generating more and more so between the various parties involved in the project conflict, so that the progress of the project has undergone great changes, and now deal with parties involved in the conflict of the project can not meet the demands of reality, based on the above research, the need for construction generated between the parties involved in the conflict were analyzed.

Knowledge about this paper reference project life cycle and comprehensive discussion of the conflict and solution of each project participant, describing the interests of project stakeholders with conflicting construction projects meaning, characteristics, identification processes, and construction identification of project stakeholders, causes of conflict types and conflicts comprehensive expounded, integrated use of the knowledge of the full project life cycle, based on knowledge of project management, fully and accurately presented the whole project life cycle engineering parties involved in the conflict between the solutions to the oil city of 500kv transformer supervision project case study, the project is proposed to solve the whole life cycle of the projects involved in the conflict between the parties approach.
