浅谈如何提高建筑企业项目管理

                                                                         

摘    要

建筑工程项目管理模式的采用、管理者的管理水平和施工者的技术水平对于一个工程项目做的好与不好有着重大联系。随着经济全球化发展，我国也逐渐开始加入国际市场，各行各业陆续开始进军国际市场，同时国外的各个行业也瞅准我国的市场，开始向国内市场进驻。我国的建筑行业不可避免的要与国际建筑行业产生接触。然而，国内建设项目采用系统化管理体制的时间远远晚于国外，工程管理水平与国外相比还存在着很大的差距，工程项目管理模式的发展更是远远逊色于国外。在这样的情况下，不仅要牢牢地坚守国内建筑市场，还要坚决的进军国际市场，这基本上是不可能达成的。因此，引进国外先进的工程项目管理模式，创新国内现有的工程项目管理模式是非常有必要的。本文通过介绍各种项目管理模式，对比各种不同工程项目管理模式的优缺点，介绍国外工程项目管理模式的一些特点，从而探索适合我国国情的建筑企业项目管理模式的发展，提出了一些促进我国建筑企业项目管理水平提升的一些意见和建议。

How to Improve Construction Enterprise Project Management

Abstract

Using construction project management model, management and construction manager's skill level for a project to do good or bad has a significant connection. With the development of economic globalization, China is also gradually began to join the international market, businesses are starting to enter the international market, but also aimed at all sectors of foreign markets began to domestic market presence. China's construction industry is inevitable to make contact with the international construction industry. However, domestic construction projects and systematic management system using the time much later than other countries, the project management level compared with other countries, there are still a large gap between the development of the project management model is far inferior to foreign countries. In this case, not only to firmly stick to the domestic construction market, but also determined to enter the international market, which is basically impossible to achieve. Therefore, the introduction of foreign advanced project management, innovation existing domestic project management model is very necessary. This paper describes the various project management model by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different project management model and introduces some of the characteristics of the foreign project management model, in order to explore the development of China's national conditions suitable for building enterprise project management, and proposed some promote Chinese construction enterprise project management to enhance the level of some of the comments and suggestions.
