摘要

随着社会知识化、科技信息化和经济全球化的不断推进，人类社会进入了一个前所未有的高速发展时代。土木工程材料作为时代发展和社会进步的重要基础原材料，它已经为社会的发展做出了巨大的贡献。而砌筑材料作为土木工程中最重要的材料之一，既有着悠久的历史，又有着美好的未来。古代的砌筑材料都比较简单，主要利用砖和石材。与古代砌筑材料相比，现代的砌筑材料则有了新的特点和提高，现代的砌筑材料则充分体现了可持续发展的特点。因为人类进入21世纪以来，对生存空间以及环境的要求达到了一个前所未有的高度。这对砌筑材料的生产、研究、使用和发展提出了更新的要求和挑战。随着小康社会的建设和城镇化的全面推进，乃至整个现代化建设的实施，预示着我国未来几十年的的经济发展和社会进步对砌筑材料有着更大的市场需求，也意味着我国砌筑材料领域有着巨大的发展空间。因此，利用文献研究法以及实地调查法，并且结合生活以及发展过程中的实例进行对比研究从而了解砌筑材料的发展状况、把握砌筑材料的发展趋势显得尤为重要。

Abstract

     Along with the social knowledge, science and technology and economic globalization, the human society entered a hitherto unknown high-speeddevelopment era. Materials for civil engineering as an important foundation for the development of the times and social progress of theraw material, it has made great contributions to the development of the society. And building materials as one of the most important civil engineering material, which has a long history, and has a bright future.Ancient masonry materials are relatively simple, the main use of brickand stone. Compared with the ancient masonry materials, building materials and modern has new characteristics and improve the buildingmaterials, modern, fully embodies the characteristic of sustainable development. Because since the humanity has entered the twenty-first Century, the living space and environment to a hitherto unknown height.The building materials production, research, use and development put forward new requirements and challenges. Along with the advance of well-off society construction and urbanization, the implementation of the whole modernization construction, indicates that China's future decades of economic development and social progress have a larger marketdemand for building materials, also means that the field of China buildingmaterial has a huge space for development. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand the development of masonry materials and grasp the development trend of masonry materials by using literature research method and field investigation method, and combining with the living and development process of the case study.
