摘要

由于建筑业自身的特殊性，建筑安全问题已成为制约建筑行业稳定、持续、高速发展的关键因素，建筑施工安全成本的合理分析评价已成为一个亟待解决的问题。针对我国建筑施工安全及安全成本严峻形势，本文在研究和借鉴了国内外建筑安全以及其他行业对于安全成本的研究经验的基础上，阐述了建设项目安全成本研究存在的问题与对策，对建设项目安全成本进行了定义与分类，进而构建了建设项目安全成本率分析模型。通过该模型来寻求在一定的安全保证度范围内的最优安全成本率，进而应用最优安全成本率这一指标对建筑工程项目的安全成本进行评价与优化，在保障安全的情况下合理有效的优化安全投入，充分利用资源，积极的应对安全问题，减少事故发生避免经济损失，共同建立一个安全、健康、文明的工作环境，提高我国建筑安全的整体水平。

Analysis of the cost of construction safety

Abstract

Due to the special nature of their construction， construction safety issue has become a key factor restricting the construction industry stable， sustained and rapid development， rational analysis of the cost of construction safety evaluation has become an urgent problem. For the construction cost of the security and safety of the grim situation， this paper draws on research and building security at home and abroad as well as in other industries for the underlying security on the cost of research experience， describes the problems and countermeasures Security Costs of construction projects exist， the construction project security costs are defined and classified， and then build a construction project safety cost ratio analysis model. With this model to seek within a certain range of security guarantees optimal security cost rate， and then apply the best security costs for security costs rate this index construction project evaluation and optimization， in the case of a reasonable and effective safety optimize safety input， full use of resources to deal with security issues and actively reduce accidents to avoid economic losses， together to create a safe， healthy and civilized working environment， improve the overall level of construction safety.
