华美小区基建工程项目造价管理与控制

摘要

工程造价问题对建筑企业的经济效益至关重要，是建筑企业整个经营活动中都必须重点考虑的问题，提高建筑施工企业的经济效益，就要加强对企业的工程造价的管理，并要将其贯穿于施工运作的全过程。我国不少建筑企业工程企业在工程造价方面存在一定的缺陷和问题，这些问题的存在，极大地影响了企业的生存和发展。本文以华美小区基建工程造价管理为案例，对项目的整个华美小区基建工程过程以及结算流程和风险调控的分析研究有着重要的参考意义。华美小区基建工程管理人员执业能力不足，时常无法识别华美小区基建工程活动中存在的风险，从而客观提高华美小区基建工程结算风险，造成过多的资金投入和浪费。因此本文研究的目的是，根据华美小区基建工程价款的形成过程以及不定因素对造价形成的影响，对其中的风险进行探索和研究，应用专业的角度去分析风险产生的原因和并识别，采用合理的方式进行风险控制，弥补华美小区基建工程造价结算的不足。本文的研究一方面可以引发企业管理者对工程造价管理的重视，又可以进一步的完善造价管理的方法，从而在企业的发展中贡献更多的力量，这对于提高企业的经济效益、改善公司的工程造价管理具有很好的现实作用，更有利于企业的发展。

Abstract
