摘     要

伴随着国民经济的不断发展，我国的建筑行业目前已迈入相对成熟的时期，但在这个由起步到成熟的进程中，由于法律法规、政策、制度等的不完备性，管理松懈、人才素养不足等各种因素，导致建筑工程施工过程中事故屡见不鲜，使整个工程项目受到严重影响。要想使这个问题得到根本解决，必须要使建筑工程施工现场安全管理得到足够重视，融入先进的管理经验并且严格遵循国家制定的相关法律法规及相关文件的规定。这对于工程项目技术管理是一项必不可少的工作，也是要求我们必须严格执行的准则。建筑业是一个关系到国泰民安的行业，但是安全隐患、建筑质量事故不断地发生，引人深思。本文根据施工现场的具体情况，就如何进行现场安全管理提出个人的一些看法和建议，以期为该课题提供理论依据。

ABSTRACT

   With the continuous development of the national economy, the construction industry in our country has now entered the mature period, but in the from start to mature process, due to the incompleteness of laws and regulations, policy, system, lax management, quality personnel lack of various factors, in the process of construction accidents caused by common, the whole project severely affected. To the problems have been solved, we must to pay enough attention to the construction site safety management, into the advanced management experience and strict compliance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations formulated by the state and relevant documents. It is an essential work for engineering project management, and it is also a criterion to be strictly enforced. The construction industry is a relationship to the peace and prosperity of the industry, but security risks, construction quality accident happens from time to time, thought-provoking. According to the concrete conditions of the construction site, this paper puts forward some personal opinions and suggestions on how to make the site safety management, in order to provide the theoretical basis for the subject.
