摘要

住宅产业化是指用工业化生产的方式来建造住宅，是机械化程度不高和粗放式生产的生产方式升级换代的必然要求，以提高住宅生产的劳动生产率，提高住宅的整体质量，降低成本，降低物耗、能耗，是一个新兴产业。本文讲述了我国住宅产业化的特点和发展阶段，阐述了我国和国外发达国家住宅产业化的发展现状，并针对国外住宅产业化的优势提出了相关的发展建议。加快住宅产业化，有利于促进产业结构的调整和住宅产业化进程，有利于房地产市场环境健康平稳和理性成长，实现房地产市场的可持续发展。

Abstract

Housing industrialization refers to the way to build housing with industrial production, is not high mechanization degree and extensive production and the inevitable requirement of the production mode of upgrading, in order to improve the labor productivity of housing production, improve the overall quality of the housing, reduce cost, reduce material consumptions, energy consumption, is an emerging industry. This article tells the story of the characteristics of housing industrialization in China and development stage, this paper expounds the current development of housing industrialization between China and foreign developed countries, and focused on the advantage of housing industrialization abroad the development of the related Suggestions are put forward. To speed up the housing industrialization, promote the adjustment of industrial structure and the process of housing industrialization, is advantageous to the real estate market healthy and stable and rational growth environment, realize the sustainable development of the real estate market.
