摘要

在城市化进程中，建筑垃圾作为城市代谢的产物逐渐成为城市发展的负担，世界上许多城市均有出现建筑垃圾围城的局面。而如今，建筑垃圾被认为是最具开发潜力的、永不枯竭的“城市矿藏”，是“放错地方的资源”，这既是对建筑垃圾认识的深入，也是城市发展的必然要求。国家“十三五”规划中提到发展循环经济，坚持开发节约并重、节约优先，按照减量化、再利用、资源化的原则，在资源开采、生产消耗、废物产生、消费等环节，逐步建立全社会的资源循环利用体系。伴随着国家经济建设的高速发展，大量待处置的建筑垃圾困挠着城市管理者。本文通过对建筑垃圾资源化处置技术及处置过程分析，希望能对今后土木工程当中建筑材料的可持续发展及建筑垃圾的循环利用提供一些思路及建议。

Abstract

In the process of urbanization, construction waste, as a product of urban metabolism, used to be the burden of urban development. Today, construction waste is considered the most promising and undepleted "urban mineral", a "misplaced resource". This is not only a deep understanding of construction waste, but also an inevitable requirement for urban development. The development of circular economy is mentioned in the 13th five-year plan of the state. We should attach equal importance to development and conservation and give priority to conservation. With the rapid development of national economic construction, a large amount of construction waste to be disposed of is bothering city managers. This paper provides some ideas and Suggestions for the sustainable development of civil engineering and the recycling of construction waste by analyzing the disposal technology and process of construction waste recycling.
