浅论浙江省特色小镇建设管理

摘  要

我国房地产企业在国家政策不断变化的环境下，大力推行并进行深层次的变革中，以大型房地产开发企业而言，如万科地产、万达地产、绿城地产、中南地产、雨润地产等，都在力图改变投资方向，在开发思路上也在不断的创新。尤其体现在融资渠道的扩展方面，更是体现房地产企业应对危机处理的能力。国内房地产企业在融资渠道的选择，对国家经济建设方面和其他产业的拉动作用等，以及促进可持续发展政策健康稳定都具有良好的实践意义。

Abstract

    China's real estate enterprises under the national policy changing environment, vigorously promote and deep change, in terms of large real estate development enterprises, such as vanke real estate, wanda property, greentown real estate, central south, such as real estate, yurun real estate is trying to change the direction of investment, also in constant innovation in development train of thought. Particularly in terms of the expansion of the financing channels, but also reflect the real estate companies cope with crisis management ability. Domestic real estate enterprises on the choice of the financing channels, the country's economic construction and other industries of econonmy, etc., and promote the healthy and stable sustainable development policy, has the good practical significance.
