工程建设项目监理中施工控制研究

摘  要

随着我国国民经济持续高速增长，基建投资项目的不断增加，建筑施工队伍和建材生产企业也随之大量发展。但由于对施工质量未能进行有效地控制，重大工程质量事故时有发生，给国家和人民的生命财产造成重大的损失和危害，也给社会带来消极影响。影响质量的因素存在于施工工程中的各个环节，施工时材料的质量差异、施工工艺的改变、天气环境的变化、施工设备的磨损等。都会产生质量变异。造成质量事故。工程施工质量对国民经济的发展，提高企业信誉和经济效益，以及避免对国家和人民财产带来损失都具有重大的意义，因此工程建设项目监理中实施施工控制，对提高工程施工质量水平就显得极其重要。

针对以上情况，本文将通过运用定性分析法、比较分析法、以及实证分析法，结合实践，重点基于质量的角度对工程建设项目监理中施工控制进行研究，通过下述思路进行该课题的研究，取得预期理论成果：（1）文献资料和数据的收集、处理、分析。（2）基础理论回顾。对国内外的相关研究成果进行回顾和分析，在广泛研读文献资料的基础上，并借鉴优秀的和最新的理论研究成果，给研究内容提供理论支持。（3）利用实证分析的方法以明月花苑为例对其质量管理与控制进行研究。（4）政策措施建议。针对本研究的理论成果、实证研究的结论，提出建立和完善建筑工程监理中质量管理与控制的措施与建议。

Abstract

Along with our country national economy lasts high speed grows, infrastructure investment increases ceaselessly, building construction team and building materials production enterprises also will be a substantial development. But due to the construction quality is not effectively controlled, significant engineering quality accidents, to the country and people's life and property caused significant damage and harm to the society, negative influence. Factors influencing the quality of Construction Engineering in each link, construction materials, construction process quality difference change, weather changes of environment, construction equipment wear. Will produce quality variation. Cause quality accident. Construction quality on the development of the national economy, improve the credibility of enterprises and economic benefits, and avoid to the state and people's property losses are of great significance, improve construction quality level is very important.

In view of the above situation, this article will use the method of qualitative analysis, comparative analysis, and empirical analysis, combined with the practice, on construction engineering quality management and control strategy are studied, through the train of thought for the research, achieved the expected theoretical results: (1) the information and data collection, processing, analysis. (2) basic theory review. On the related domestic and foreign research results were reviewed and analyzed, in the widely read based on literature data, and draw on the excellent and the latest research results, provide theoretical support for the research content. (3) using the empirical analysis method to the moon garden as an example for the management and quality control of. ( 4) the policy measure proposal. According to the research results of the theory, empirical research, put forward to build and perfect the construction quality management and control measures and suggestions.
