XCLW33553 建筑装饰工程项目投标策略与技巧在施工企业投标报价过程中的重要性与实用性 (字数:33179) 摘要 随着人民生活水平的提高的提高,装饰装修工程项目也日渐繁荣,而此类工程项目的投标就成了企业市场开发中重要的活动内容。本文主要研究了装饰工程项目投标需要做好充分的准备工作,分析其他投标竞争对手的情况,报价时运用合理、灵活的投标策略与技巧,以利于提高中标的概率。 关键词:招投标 策略 技巧 ABSTRACT The research of bidding strategies include two aspects—how to choose the tender item and how to guide tender offer and adopt bidding skills. The research of bidding strategies is of vital significance. It can stimulate and promote competition, make the markets more fair and resource allocation more optimized.It is enterprise’s important weapon and technique,it is the question each contractor concerned and also is the tendency of study.From some aspect, it can reflect the enterprise’s capability of management and controlling. It can offer certain theoretical and practical guidance in order to improve the possibility of winning a bid. This paper applied mathematical theories and methods in the research of bidding strategies.Analysis the project subject combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Apply the method of correlates for selecting super project.Analysis specifically relevant strategies and techniques based on the specific case.Make best offer through the model of sequential analysis.
