摘  要

我国改革开放发展30年来，国民经济高速发展国家建设规模和投资规模都在迅速扩大。长期以来我国的项目管理都是采取的是粗放型管理模式，随着国家的发展和城镇化进程的加快传统的管理模式越来越显得捉襟见肘，质量成为评定工程好坏的标准而施工企业只有建成具有良好质量的工程才能赢得市场才能有好的发展。现在质量管理、质量控制和成本控制的工作有了很快的发展，但还要不断改善以提高工程建设的质量水平。

社会的进步一靠科技，二靠管理而把管理和科技结合起来就是质量。建筑行业当然也不例外。建筑工程与人们的生产生活密切相关，建筑工程质量的优劣直接关系到国家财产与人民生命安全，关系到建筑企业的长久发展。多年来建筑工程质量一直是工程建设中最突出的问题。因此研究如何提高施工项目质量管理水平继而提高工程质量，在当前显的尤为重要和具有现实意义。

本文系统归纳了现有理论成果对工程项目质量控制的相关理论和方法进行了系统的研究，主要研究内容如下：

（1）详细总结了国内控制施工质量的理论、方法以及国外控制施工质量的研究现状；

（2）在总结现有工程质量控制的基本原理的基础上，分析了质量控制的重要性并通过案例进一步分析了质量控制的方法及措施；

（3）详细阐述了直方图、排列图等质量控制工具的原理、特点及其使用方法和注意事项。

本文针对上述情况进行初步的调查研究，分析了质量控制的原理然后结合全面质量管理理念对施工项目质量控制进行系统的研究，最后结合实践案例进行深入分析。

Abstract

In the past 30 years since the reform and opening up in China, the national economy has been developing rapidly, and the scale of national construction and the scale of investment are expanding rapidly. For a long time, the project management in our country has taken the extensive management model. With the development of the country and the acceleration of the process of urbanization, the traditional management mode becomes more and more difficult. The quality becomes the standard for evaluating the quality of the project, and the construction enterprises can only win the market only if they have a good quality project. There is a good development. Now, the quality management, quality control and cost control work has developed rapidly, but we must constantly improve in order to improve the quality level of engineering construction.

The progress of society depends on science and technology, and two depends on management. The combination of management and science and technology is quality. The construction industry, of course, is no exception. The construction engineering is closely related to the people's production and life. The quality of the construction engineering is directly related to the national property and the people's life safety, which is related to the long development of the construction enterprises. Over the years, the quality of building engineering has always been the most prominent problem in engineering construction. Therefore, studying how to improve the quality management level of construction projects and improving the quality of projects is particularly important and practical significance at present.

This paper systematically summarizes the existing theoretical results and systematically studies the relevant theories and methods of project quality control. The main contents are as follows:

(1) the theory and method of controlling construction quality in China and the research status of controlling construction quality abroad are summarized in detail.

(2) on the basis of summarizing the basic principles of the existing engineering quality control, the importance of quality control is analyzed, and the methods and measures of quality control are further analyzed through a case.

(3) the principles, characteristics, usage and points for attention of quality control tools such as histograms and permutations are elaborated in detail.

The author hopes that through this study, we can provide some reference for the future research on the quality control of engineering, and guide the construction of the project in order to improve the quality of the project.
