摘要

房地产项目管理是复杂的系统的企业经营管理活动中，管理组织结构是一种有效的企业多项目管理的成功实施的前提条件。经过对现有房地产企业多项目经管过程当中呈现的问题的剖析，本文以为想要圆满的解决这些问题并使得企业多项目管理更加有效的实施，必需对企业的组织结构设计进行思考；其次以房地产企业多项目管理的关键成分——组织结构的改进为研究目标，在多项目管理的组织支撑机构——PMO的理论基础上，构建了合适房地产企业多项目管理的运营组织构造。

    对于房地产多项目管理研究，不光是对于完善项目管理体系具有一定理论价值，而且对实现房地产企业多项目管理战略目标也具有很大的现实意义。经过使用关键链技术，项目管理办公室能够实现企业多项目间资源配置和优化，至于提高企业的经济效益，提升客户满意度，保证各项目按时按质完成都具有重要的意义。

Abstract: Real estate project management is the enterprise management activities of the complex system, management organization structure is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of an effective enterprise multi project management can. Through the analysis of the existing real estate enterprise multi project management process problems, this paper think that you want to successfully solve these problems and the implementation of the enterprise multi project management more effective, the necessary organizational structure design of enterprise's thinking; secondly to the real estate enterprise multi project management -- a key ingredient for the improvement of the organizational structure the research target, in support of multi project management organization theory based on the construction of institutions -- PMO, operation organization structure suitable for multi project management of real estate enterprises.

      Research on multi project management of real estate, not only has a certain theoretical value to improve the project management system, but also has great practical significance to the realization of the real estate enterprise multi project management strategic objectives. Through the use of critical chain technology, project management office can realize the enterprise multi project resource allocation and optimization, and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, improve customer satisfaction, to ensure the project finish Chengdu has important significance。
