浅议绿色建筑在城市发展中的重要性

摘要

绿色建筑已经成为当前世界建筑行业的主要发展趋势，发展城市绿色建筑不仅能够保护环境和节约资源，而且能够减少室内外污染，极大改善居住舒适性、健康性和安全性。城市绿色建筑的发展也有利于城乡建设模式的发展。本文论述了城市发展绿色建筑的重要性。我国的绿色建筑还处于发展的起步阶段，相关的法律法规、标准和政策、技术支持尚不健全，本文分析了当前的城市绿色建筑的发展现状和面临的挑战，并从解决方案的角度，提出了一些具体的措施，并通过对案例的分析再一次论证在城市中发展绿色建筑的重要性以及可行性。

Abstract

Green building has become the main development trend of the world's construction industry, The development of urban green building can not only protect the environment and save resources, but also to reduce indoor and outdoor pollution, which greatly improves the living comfort, health and safety. It is also good for the development of urban and rural construction mode to develop green buildings. This paper discusses the importance of urban green building. Green building of China is still in the initial stage of development due to the lack of the relevant laws and regulations, standards and policies. Technical support is not yet sound. This paper analyzes the current urban green building development status and challenges, and takes measures. It demonstrates the importance and feasibility of developing green buildings in the city through analysis of the case.
