摘要

建筑工程施工组织设计是工程的核心，是工程建设项目整个过程的具体安排，同时也是指导在施工项目整个过程中技术、经济和组织的重要性纲领性的文件。

编制时要把握住项目管理机构设置、施工总体部署、施工准备、安全施工措施等因素，唯有让其工程保持适用性以及科学性，只有这样才能确保其优质、低耗、安全、文明、圆满的完成相应的施工任务。 

设计包括以下内容：施工组织任务书、摘要以及现场平面布置图。在保证工期、质量安全、文明工地的前提下，要尽量节约成本，还要编制出有针对性的施工组织设计方案，具体还要根据每个分项工程结构的特征特点、具体施工的难易和具体施工工期对应的要求，方可编制出相应的施工方案。确保施工顺利地完成对本工程项目的建设，尽量做好把握工程的成本，努力创建优质工程。
