上汽集团3号研发楼深基坑工程的安全管理风险浅析及管理对策

摘要

目的 探讨深基坑工程安全管理中存在的风险，并采取行之有效的管理措施加以应对，以促进工程质量的提高。方法 通过分析上汽集团3号研发楼深基坑工程项目的施工流程，发现其中存在的风险，并在结合前人研究结果的基础上提出应对深基坑工程管理风险的措施。结果 勘察设计、开挖过程、交叉施工以及施工环境等因素都会不同程度的增加深基坑工程的管理风险。我们可以通过完善施工单位组织设计、提高施工工艺以及重视施工过程等措施加以应对。结论 深基坑工程是建筑物的基础，是影响工程质量的最关键因素，但是受诸多不确定因素的影响，该工程项目存在着明显的管理风险，我们必须采取有效措施加以应对。

    Objective  to investigate the risk existing in the deep foundation pit engineering safety management, and to take measures to deal with the effective management, to improve the quality of the project. Method  through analysis of SAIC Group 3 R & D building deep foundation pit engineering project construction process, which the existence of the risk and in combination with responding to the deep foundation pit engineering risk management measures was put forward on the basis of previous research. results. Results  of survey and design, excavation, cross construction and the construction of environmental factors will be different degrees of increase in risk management of deep foundation pit engineering. We can through the improvement of application design for unit organization, improve the construction process and pay attention to the construction process and measures applied To respond. Conclusion  of deep foundation pit engineering is the base of the building, is the key factor to affect the quality of the project, however, due to the effect of many uncertain factors, the project exist obvious risk management, we must take effective measures to deal with them.
