摘  要：
本范文提出随着社会不断的发展，人类的文明，科研程度越来越高，而当中作为科研中心的国家也在不断转移，如意大利、英国、法国、德国、美国先后成为世界科学活动中心。在这里分别从思想、教育、科研等方面对这些国家进行初步探析，试图寻找科学活动中心的形成条件。着重对中国改革开放以来的成果进行初步探析，分析中国是否具备形成科研中心的
件。

Abstract
 
 With the development of the community, human civilization, scientific research is becoming better, the state as a scientific research center is also constantly shift ,for example , Italy, Britain, France, Germany, the United States .we will analysis these countries becoming center on thinking , education, scientific research ,then find the conditions .At last ,we analysis Chinese Results after Reform and Opening up。
