采购管理在杭州叉车厂的运用研究

 摘要
 
 采购管理是企业管理活动中的重要环节，占有极其重要的地位，科学的采购管理是提高企业经济效益的重要手段。本文以杭州叉车厂的采购管理为例，描述了公司的背景情况，主要分析其发展的现状和对采购管理的运用，并指出目前杭叉采购管理中存在的问题和需要改进之处，提出比较切实可行的企业采购管理的方案和策略。
 杭州叉车厂的现状是设有专门的采购部门，拥有完善的采购管理监督和绩效考核体系，以及ERP在采购管理上的运用。但同时也存在着一些问题，主要体现在采购管理中存在的采购模式问题、外购物品质量问题、ERP运用问题。最后运用采购和采购管理的理论和方法，从公司的实际出发，提出采购管理改进建议，其中包括优化采购模式、加强供应商管理、员工实行ERP培训等。

 ABSTRACT

 Procurement management is important link in the enterprise management activity, and have an extremely important position, the scientific procurement management is an important method to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises .This article is popular the company procurement management take Hangzhou Forklift as an example, described company's background briefing, main analysis its development's current situation and pointing out the problem existing in the Hangzhou Forklift procurement management at present , and made a practical programs and strategies for enterprise procurement management.
 Hangzhou Forklift company has a special procurement department at present, there is a well supervision of Procurement management and Performance appraisal system, and ERP is useing of procurement management. But there is problem exist which the outsourcing quality quantity question, ERP application question existed in the procurement management. Using the procurement and procurement management theory and the method, embark from company's reality, proposed that the procurement management improvement suggested that including the procurement model, the strengthen supplier management, staff training to implement ERP and so on .
