基于价值链驱动的物流作业流程优化—以杭州华成聚合纤有限公司为例
 摘  要

 随着经济全球化的飞速发展，在其他成本领域都相对比较完善的情况下，物流成本的管理变的越来越重要。物流流程是由不同的作业所构成，进行物流作业层次的分析才能使整个物流流程更加合理，进而使整个物流成本得到控制。企业运用物流价值链分析的方法，从物流作业是否增加价值与必要性的方面来考虑，为物流作业整合，精简优化提供依据。
 在本文中，介绍了物流作业成本法的计算和物流成本管理等概念和相互间关系，价值链的概念和物流作业的价值链分析方法。以杭州华成聚合纤有限公司为例，用物流作业成本计算得到企业物流作业流程和物流作业成本信息。结合物流作业价值链分析的方法对物流作业进行分析，并对物流作业进行流程再造，简化物流作业成本管理，优化企业价值链。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of economic globalization, the costs in other areas is relatively sound, the logistics cost management has become increasingly important. Logistics process is posed by the different operations, carried out an analysis of the level of logistics operations to make more reasonable the entire logistics process, so that the whole logistics costs under control. Through the logistics value chain analysis, whether from the value added logistics and the need to provide integrated logistics operations, based on streamlining the optimization.          In this article, introduced the logistics cost calculation and cost management concepts such as logistics and inter-relationship between the concept of value chain operations and logistics value chain analysis. Huacheng polymer fiber in Hangzhou Co., Ltd. as an example, the use of logistics companies calculate the cost of logistics processes and logistics operating cost information. Combination of logistics value chain analysis method to analyze the logistics operations, logistics operations and process reengineering to streamline the logistics cost management and improve enterprise value chain.
