摘  要

配送中心布局和选址是否合理，对配送中心功能的发挥和综合效益具有很大的影响。本文针对温州远大物流有限公司深圳配送中心选址中存在的问题，运用评分法和坐标法相结合的方法提出解决方案，并在此基础上总结了配送中心选址的一般方法和思路，对其它企业配送中心选址具有一定的参考借鉴价值。

关键词：物流、配送中心、选址、坐标法.
ABSTRACT

It impacts greatly to the function of a distribution center and the comprehensive benefit whether the distribution center layout and location is reasonable. The research is aiming at solving the problems existing on location selecting of Shenzhen distribution center of Wenzhou YuanDa Logistics Co., LTD.  The author proposes solutions through combining with point rating methods and coordinate methods, and sums up the general methods and ideas of the distribution center selecting on the basis of these solutions. In the paper, there is significant value for other enterprise to make a reference on distribution center selecting.
