 摘  要
 
 JIT采购的核心是消除一切无效劳动和浪费, 降低企业库存水平以及因大量库存而带来的资金占用, 达到提高利润的目的。 准时化(JIT)采购发展至今, 已从最初的减少库存水平的方法, 发展成为一种内涵丰富, 包括特定知识、原则、技术和方法的管理哲学。
 本文梳理了20世纪70年代以来JIT的发展以及相关理论，通过基于供应商管理库存VMI的JIT采购策略的实施，阐述了如何根据我国企业的实际情况采取JIT采购。并且结合实例，本文还简介了联华超市的概况以及其采购现状，以及如何根据基于VMI的JIT采购策略对其采购系统进行改进，以期能够增强供应链的整体竞争力和全球竞争能力。

ABSTRACT

 The core of JIT purchasing is eliminating of all invalid labor and waste, reducing inventory levels as well as the fund occupier brought by a large number of stocks to achieve the purpose of increasing profits. Just-in-time (JIT) procurement has developed from the initial approach to reduce inventory  levels  to a management philosophy of rich context,   including specific knowledge, principles, techniques and methods.
 This article has been combing the development of the JIT and the related theory since the 20th century 70’s. In the literature review, we set out how to take JIT procurement under the actual situation of china’s enterprises through the JIT strategy based on VMI. And with examples, the paper also outlined the profile of Lianhua Supermarket, as well as its procurement status, and how to improve its procurement system with the VMI-based JIT procurement strategy, with a view to enhance the supply chain's overall competitiveness and global competitiveness.
