临时性车辆调度的成本分析

摘要

由于很多物流企业的子公司人力物力有限，且每天从其他分公司过来的货量无法估计，因此经常遇到货量大无法完成派送的难题。这时，这些子公司就会采取供方递送的措施，即暂时性的外包，如搬家公司、城市快运……但由于时间紧迫，往往在未考虑全面的情况下就安排临时性车辆派送，导致派送成本不能很好地得到控制。
 本文通过对车辆路径问题、临时性车辆成本及临时性车辆调度的现状了解和分析，引用某单位的实际例子，利用车辆路径问题中的节约里程法找到临时性车辆的更优派送路线，同时根据物流成本的典型计算方法初略地得出临时性车辆原方案与整改方案的递送成本。在保持临时性车辆营收率不变的情况下，根据成本的降低率，子公司重新与临时性车辆制定运输价格，降低子公司临时性车辆成本。案例结果证实合理地将现代物流理论知识运用到实践中，能够一定程度地提高派送效率，降低物流成本。

ABSTRACT

The resouces  of many Logistics enterprises are limited, and every day from other branch of the cargo can not be estimated, therefore, often meet the problem of the large unable delivery cargo. Meanwhile, the subsidiary companies will adopt measures of supplier delivery, the temporary outsourcing, such as moving companies……. But time presses, without considering the overall situation for temporary vehicle delivery，delivery costs could not be controlled.
 Acording to knowing and analysising the VRP, temporary traffic cost and temporary traffic management ,this text taking an enterprises for an example, using the temporary traffic mileage to find the superior delivery routes. According to the logistics typical cost calculation method, we can have the cost of the original plan and the optimization scheme. Keeping in temporary vehicle camp yield under the condition of invariable, according to the cost of rate, subsidiary can ship new price with temporary traffic, reducing the cost of temporary vehicle subsidiary. The results of case comfirm that modern logistics reasonably using the theory of knowledge can improve efficiency of deliveryreduce logistics cost and reducing the Logistics cost.
