降低物流成本方法浅谈

摘要

 随着市场的迅速变化和激烈竞争，物流在帮助企业降低成本、增加利润、提高市场占有率方面正扮演着日益重要的角色。研究企业物流成本的目的在于降低成本，提高企业利润。无论是企业物流还是物流企业，如何对自身物流资源进行优化配置，如何事实管理和决策，以最小的成本带来最大的效益，这些都是企业所面临的严重问题。“物流是经济的黑暗大陆”、“物流是第三利润源”及“物流成本冰山说”等观点都说明了物流成本问题是物流管理初期人们关心的主要问题。本文从全局的角度介绍了物流运作的现状，明确目前物流成本高的瓶颈问题，找到降低物流成本突破口，最后提出降低物流成本的方法。

ABSTRACT

 With the rapidly changing market competition, and to help enterprises to reduce logistics cost, in increasing profits, improve market share is playing an increasingly important role. The research purpose of enterprise logistics cost reduce cost, improve corporate profits. Whether enterprise logistics or logistics enterprises, how to optimize logistics resources, management and decision-making, how the fact with the minimum cost to bring the biggest benefit, these enterprises are facing the serious problems. "The logistics is economic dark continent", "the logistics is the third profits source" and "the logistics cost iceberg said" all logistics cost of logistics management is the main problems early concern. From the perspective of the overall situation of logistics operation is introduced, the high cost of logistics bottleneck, found to reduce logistics cost, finally puts forward the method to reduce logistics cost.
