摘  要

 当前我国的经济发展相当迅速，人们生活水平也有很大的提高，与此同时，生产生活中所产生的各种废弃物也越来越值得人们注意。在这些废弃物中有很多都是可以被再次利用的，例如金属、塑料、纸张等，这些都属于再生资源，并且这更是一个巨大的资源。这些再生资源若是没有经过专业的回收和处理，而是简单的由传统的回收小作坊进行回收，势必会对循环经济、环境环保和人类健康产生巨大的影响。
 国内外正对循环经济进行不断地探索，并且已经取得了一定成就。塑料产品在日常生活中是必不可少的，它也存在着浪费的问题。它属于再生资源，只要合理再利用，就能在一定程度上减少对环境和人类健康的影响。因此，实行合理的回收物流是必然趋势。
 本文介绍国内外再生资源回收利用现状，针对目前我国塑料行业回收物流上存在的问题进行研究分析，讨论现阶段塑料行业回收物流这类再生资源回收物流在我国的现状，瓶颈和对未来的预测，实行可持续发展战略。根据我国实际情况，分析不同回收模式，建立绿色科学的回收物流网络，并使网络各节点协调运作。提出从各个角度出发的完善方法，实现从塑料产品开始生产到最终成为废弃物整个过程实行有效的逆向物流管理。

ABSTRACT

        At present, China’s economic development is quite rapid, people’s living standards have greatly improved. At the same time, the various of  wastes generated more and more worthy of attention. Many of these wastes can be use again, such as metal, plastic, paper, ect. These are all renewable resources, and this is a great resource. If these renewable resources have not been a professional collection and treatment, but the simple recovery from the traditional small workshops, it bound to have great impact to recycling economy, environmental protection and human health and the environment.
       At home and abroad are exploring the circular economy, and it have achieved some success. Plastic products is essential in our daily life, it exist a problem of waste. Plastics belongs to renewable resources, as long as a reasonable re-use can reduce the affect of waste on the environment and human health. Therefore, implement reverse logistics is an inevitable trend.
 This article describes the recycling of domestic renewable resources in present situation. It analysis the logistics problems that exist in China's plastics recycling industry, and then, it discuss the situation of  renewable resources industry such as the plastics reverse industry ,bottlenecks, and future projections in China. To achieve the sustainable development strategy. According to China's actual situation, analysis the different recovery models, build up a green and scientific logistics network and allow co-operation with each node. It put forward the improved methods from every point of view. In order to realize the whole process to implement an effective reverse logistics management, starting from a plastic production to eventually become waste.
