面向生鲜食品的配送中心选址研究

摘要

 配送中心的建设涉及到巨大的固定投资，在建设之前首先要确定配送中心的地址，其所选范围不仅会影响到配送中心的建设费用，还会影响到日后的运营费用，所以配送中心选址对配送企业具有战略意义。
 本文首先论述了主要的科学分析方法，然后对配送对象——生鲜食品配送特点进行了分析，并以嘉兴平湖南门菜场的配送中心为研究对象，采用定性分析方法和归整定量方法进行了配送中心选址。

Abstract

 Involve the construction of distribution centers to huge fixed investment in the building, before the first distribution center to determine the address of the selected range will not only affect the distribution center's construction costs, will affect future operating costs, the distribution center location strategic significance of the distribution business.
 This paper discusses the main methods of scientific analysis, and then the distribution object - fresh food distribution characteristics were analyzed, and the door to Jiaxing Ping Nan men market for the study of distribution centers, using qualitative analysis and quantitative methods return the entire Distribution Center.
