 摘 要

 企业对物流作为“第三利润源泉”有了比较深刻的认识，优化企业内部物流管理，降低物流成本成为目前多数同类企业最为强烈的愿望和要求。而企业内部物流在企业生产成本中具有相当大的比重，一套优秀的内部物流体系不仅可以降低成本，还将帮助企业提高生产效率、完善客户服务体系以及产品追踪体系。如何建立企业内部物流提高利润率，是同类企业必须重视和解决的一个新课题。
    本文第一章从内部物流体系对企业的发展作用角度介绍了本选题的意义，还介绍了企业内部物流体系的基本概念，以及国内外内部物流体系的发展现状，抓住内部物流体系企业中存在的问题展开研究。第二章描述了内部物流体系优化的相关理论和方法。第三章介绍了杭州诺贝尔集团有限公司的基本信息和公司现阶段的内部物流体系状况。第四章以杭州诺贝尔集团有限公司为例详细介绍了企业内部物流体系优化的一种方法----系统布置设计(SLP)。第五章对杭州诺贝尔集团有限公司内部物流体系优化作了一个总结。

ABSTRACT

 Business has a deep understanding of logistics as "the third profit source", the optimization of the internal logistics management and the reduce of the cost become the majority of the enterprises with the strongest desire and requirements. Internal logistics of production costs in the enterprise has a significant proportion，a good system of internal logistics can not only reduce costs, but will also help enterprises to improve productivity, improve customer service tracking system and system products. How to set up logistics in enterprises to increase profitability has became a new object, enterprises with the need to pay attention to solve this problem.
 The first chapter of this article introduces the significance of the topic from the role of the Internal logistics system perspective to the development enterprises ，in this chapter it also introduces the basic concepts of internal logistics system, as well as domestic and foreign development of the internal logistics system, to seize the problems of the internal logistics   in business research. The second chapter describes the optimization relevant theory and methods to the internal logistics systems. The third chapter introduces the basic information of the Hangzhou Nobel Group Co., Ltd. and the situation of the internal logistics system at this stage of the company. The fourth chapter introduces details of a method of optimizing the internal logistics system of the enterprise with the Hangzhou Nobel Group Co., Ltd. as an example, the layout design system (SLP). The fifth chapter makes a summary of   the optimization of the internal logistics system of the Hangzhou Nabel Group Co., Ltd.
