 摘要
 
 本范文是关于制造业的配送管理研究，众所周知，中国是世界工厂，但是随着改革开放和加入WTO，中国的制造业受到国外竞争者的强烈冲击，降低成本成为国内制造业所关注的焦点之一。而物流作为第三利润来源，自然受到关注。
 本文详细介绍制造业的配送流程、具体的配送作业、配送的模式，并且以贝因美的安溪工厂作为案例，重点分析了贝因美在浙江的配送情况，并且就配送路线进行了优化。

ABSTRACT

 This paper presents a solution to Manufacturing industry Logistics Distribution. As we know, China is the world factory. But as China joined WTO and opened up, Manufacturing industry get attacked from foreign competitors. As a result, most companies prefer to focus on how to reduce cost. Logistics is the third profit of sources, which is being noticed.
  This paper introduces distribution process, each work of distribution, distribution pattern in detail. It also researches and analyses distribution of Beinmate’s factory. By the way, it uses a way to optimize the route of distribution.
