    生产、物流和消费是社会经济活动的三大组成部分。其中物流是连接生产与消费的必要环节。没有物流，商品价值、货币价值和使用价值都将无法实现。物流服务业是物流业必不可少的，它是在无法降低成本，节约材料的前提下那服务作为一种投资，一种无形的却支撑着这个行业的砥柱。保证具有优势的物流服务水平对一个企业来说是至关重要的,它可以在适当的物流成本下提供最优的物流服务，然而在当今竞争激烈的市场环境下，搞好一个事业、企业就的跟上时代的步伐，把信誉放在第一位，拿新颖的产品取悦客户、消费者是不败的方法。
关键词：服务水平，人才教育，客户服务。

Abstract: The production, the physical distribution and the expense are the social economy activity three big constituents. And the physical distribution is the essential link which the connection produces and expends. Will not have the physical distribution, the goods value, the monetary value and the use value will be unable to realize. Physical distribution service industry is the logistics is essential, it is in is unable to reduce the cost, saves under the material premise that service to take one kind of investment, one kind invisible is actually supporting this profession unyielding. The guarantee had the superiority delivery service level to an enterprise is very important, it might provide the most superior delivery service under the suitable physical distribution cost, however is competing now under the intense market environment, did well an enterprise, the enterprise on followed the time the step, placed the first prestige, took the novel product to try to please the method which the customer, the consumer did not defeat.
