企业物流业务运作模式分析

摘  要
        随着企业所面临的市场竞争越来越激烈，物流作为“第三利润的源泉”已逐渐企业界所重视，是现代企业提升核心竞争力的重要手段，是国民经济新的经济增长点。越来越多的企业开始注意企业物流的发展，以帮助企业生产经营活动实现高效率、低成本的目标。做好企业物流已经成为企业发展非常重要的一环。而要做好物流工作，物流运作模式的选择和分析极为重要。企业物流想要取得更好的发展，选择适合的物流运作模式是非常关键的一部分。
    本文主要系统介绍了物流运作模式的类型、流程及相关的一些理论概念。另外，着重介绍了IT类企业物流运作模式情况，通过杭州锦云科技有限公司的实例分析，对其物流运作模式方面存在的不足之处进行分析，并对其进行优化设计，使企业物流运作模式更适合，体现了运作模式选择对企业物流的重要意义。

ABSTRACT

 Faced with the increasingly fierce market competition, the logistics as "third profits source" has gradually corporate value, is a modern enterprise to promote the core competitiveness of the national economy, it is an important means of new economic growth point. More and more companies began to pay attention to the development of enterprise logistics, help enterprise production and operating activities of realizing the goal with high efficiency and low cost. A good enterprise logistics has become very important for enterprise development. And to make logistics logistics mode, the selection and analysis is very important. Enterprise logistics want to achieve a better choice for the development of logistics, mode of operation is very important part.
 This paper introduces the types of logistics operation mode, the process and the related theory of concept. In addition, IT introduces emphatically enterprise logistics operation mode, through the clouds technology Co., LTD, hangzhou brocade of analysis of the practical examples, the logistics operation pattern of deficiency is analyzed, and the optimized design, make enterprise logistics mode suits, reflects the operation mode choice of enterprise logistics significance.
