内容摘要

       信息化建设已经成为广大企业得以生存和发展的保障，然而企业信息化的成功离不开规范和有效的管理。从我国企业信息化的实践出发，分析当前企业信息化的现状及原因，说明信息化的瓶颈既不是投资也不是技术，而是管理。通过参考相关的资料，了解国内企业信息化管理的一般情况和最新发展应用，综合分析企业信息化管理面临的环境和问题，提出解决方案和实施过程。文中对实际案例的具体分析，表明了企业进行信息化管理的重要性。

ABSTRACT

  Informationization  construction has already become the guarantee for the enterprises to survive and develop,while the standard and the effective management are so important to the success of the enterprises’ informationization.Setting out from the practice of the enterprises’ informationization  in our country, this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of the  enterprises’ informationization  and illustrates that the bottleneck of informationization  is neither investment nor  technology, but management. On the basis of relevant materials and understanding the ordinary circumstances and latest development application of domestic enterprises’ informationization  management, this paper synthetically analyzes the environments and questions which enterprises’ informationization  management has faced, finally, proposes some solutions and the implementation process. The concrete analysis about actual example shows the importance to carry out the enterprises’ informationization  management.
