This is particularly urgent for Jiangsu Sanxing Construction Group. With the internal infomationization management of the continuous improvement, integration of external resources, to strengthen the management of suppliers become an important step of implement Sanxing's strategic plan. This article analyzes based on current situation of supplier management of Sanxing, integrates internal and external environment of company and industry change tendency, adopts the method of theoretical knowledge combining with practical operation to study the supplier management pattern. The content mainly includes four parts: The first part is the introduction, to introduce the background of the selected topic, the research goal and the significance and so on; The second part conducts a comprehensive analysis to the supplier management, focusing on the supplier evaluation, selection, relationship management and performance management; The third part carries on the analysis to supplier management pattern of Sanxing of present situation; The fourth part brings up individual opinion and solution of the question. This article is the preliminary result of supplier management model based on supply chain management thinking. Hope that plays a certain role in guiding to Sanxing as well as other company's suppliers.
