企业制度创新研究——基于浙江中小型制造业

 摘  要

 民营中小企业是我国民营企业的主体,是一个具有特殊表征的新兴群体,其发展状况直接影响到我国经济未来的总体竞争力。因此本文从制度角度出发,以浙江中小制造型企业为例，分析了制度因素对民营中小企业的经营发展的影响,制度环境的改善将使得我国民营中小企业的生产经营得到极大改善。随着改革开放的不断深化，我国中小企业虽然有了巨大的发展，但就企业本身而言，针对其组织结构和产业结构的不合理，特别是近年来由于市场疲软、机制不活、资金不足、人才缺乏、信息不灵等原因，致使中小企业结构调整的问题没能得到根本解决。因此本文提出培育企业家精神、进行产权制度创新、健全企业运行机制、改善企业经营的外部制度环境是进行制度创新最主要的内容。制度创新是当前中小企业发展的关键，使企业成为一个有效率的经济组织。西方世界兴起的原因就在于发展了一种有效率的经济组织，这对我国中小企业的发展无疑是一个有益的启示，特别对浙江中小民营企业的发展有着积级的意义。

ABSTRACT

 SMEs are the mainstay of China's Private Enterprises, and also it is  the new group of unique Characterization. Its development is direct impact on the china’s economy competitiveness in the future. So this paper From the perspective of system innovation and take the private enterprises in Zhejinang Province for example to analysis how important the system innovation is .When the environment of the system is improved , the production and operation of small and medium-sized private enterprises will be greatly improved. Along with china’s deepening of reform and opening up, small and medium-sized private enterprises have achieved tremendous development. But on the enterprise itself, its organizational structure and industrial structure are not reasonable. In particular, in the recent years the market downturn, mechanism, lack of funds, lack of qualified personnel, related information and other factors causes the problems of SMEs structural adjustment could not be resolved. So the paper show nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit, Property rights system innovation, and improving enterprise operational mechanism, improving external system environment of operation is main content of system innovation. System Innovation is the key to the development of SMEs, can make the enterprises become an efficient economic organization. The reason of Western world’s develop is they have an efficient economic organization. It is a useful inspiration for the development of SMEs in china. Especially have actively significance for small and medium-sized private enterprise in zhejiang province.
