摘  要

    随着经济的发展，信息化的作用越来越明显，特别是对制造业来说，能否解决好信息化问题，直接关系到企业的存亡。本文将从国内外制造企业信息化现状入手，来分析温州制造企业信息化的现状，并以温州康源鞋业有限公司，这个典型的温州制造企业为案例，从组织结构、业务流程等多方面讨论，找出温州康源鞋业有限公司在信息化方面存在的问题，并提出相关的应对策略。从温州康源鞋业有限公司扩展开来，分析温州制造企业信息化的情况及对策研究。

This article will obtain from the domestic and foreign Manufacturing firm I informational present situation, analyzes the Wenzhou Manufacturing firm informational the present situation, and take the Wenzhou Kang source shoe industry Limited company, this typical Wenzhou Manufacturing firm as the case, from the organizational structure, the operation flow and so on various discussion, discovers the Wenzhou Kang source shoe industry Limited company the question which exists in the informational aspect, and proposes the related dealing with strategy.
