摘  要

 什么是信息化，是否安装了一些软件就可以称之为达到了信息化。现代企业在信息化时代，都会面对哪些直接的威胁，如何最大化利用信息化的契机带来的效率和便捷，是本文探讨的中心。以问卷调查的方式，统计结果、得出不同类型的企业信息化过程中存在的主要问题，企业的这种需求是否与成立的年限有关？并着重分析了当前解决这些问题的各方面技术，将同类软件之间进行比较。
 本文以温州豪杰鞋业有限公司为背景，具体问题具体分析、提出一个整体的中小企业信息技术集成解决方案，针对当前企业信息化过程中面对各类威胁和挑战，让企业坐上信息化的快捷车。借助B/S架构办公自动化软件为企业办公带来显著效率上的提升，同时消弭各类未受足够重视的威胁，避免不必要的损失。

ABSTRACT

 What is called the informatization , whether or not to install some software can be called on to the informatization. Modern enterprises in the information age, what will be the face of direct threats, This paper address issues maximizing the use of information and an opportunity to bring the efficiency and convenience, is the center of this article. To the survey, statistics, to have different types of information enterprises in the process of the main problems, the enterprises set up this demand with the age-related  And focus on analysis of the current address these issues in all aspects of technology, similar software for comparison.   In this paper, Wenzhou  Haojie Co , Ltd. as the background, concrete analysis of concrete problems, proposed a comprehensive SME IT integrated solutions for the enterprise information in the process of facing various threats and challenges, so that enterprises get the information Fast cars. With B / S structure of office automation software for corporate office bring about significant efficiency improvement, while not enough to eliminate all types of threats, to avoid unnecessary loss.
