信息管理与信息系统专业社会需求研究——基于历届文档生专业能力的分析
内 容 摘  要
 随着社会信息化的不断深入，信息化人才的大量需求为信息类专业带来很好的发展机遇。我校从设置信息管理与信息系统专业以来， 以培养具备现代管理学理论基础，计算机科学技术知识及基本能力，掌握系统思想、信息系统分析与设计方法，具有信息管理等方面的基本理论知识和应用技能，能从事信息系统分析、设计、实施、管理和评价等信息管理方面工作、电子商务方向工作的应用型高级专门人才为目标。经过几届本专业学生的培养，我校不断改进培养计划以探索更加合理的知识结构和应用型人才培养的模式。在这样的背景下，对往届学生进行调查，了解他们现在的工作情况，就能为以后学校的教学培养方式和我们学生的学习方向有一个清晰的借鉴指导作用。本文通过自制调查问卷，研究分析了目前我校信息管理与信息系统专业在人才培养方式、人才能力结构、课程设置上与社会需求存在的差距， 阐述了这些差距产生的原因， 并提出了相应的对策。

Study on social needs of Information management and information systems Specialty
                                 —— Based on Investigation to all the previous graduates
ABSTRACT

 As information technology continues to deepen in our social life， the great demand for information-related professions brings good opportunities for the development of IT professionals. Since information management and information systems specialty set up in our College， in order to develop students with modern management theory ， to improve computer science and technology knowledge and basic ability， to grasp the ideological and information system analysis and design methods. We aim to culture students with information management and other basic theoretical knowledge and application skills. These students have the ability of information system analysis， Design， implementation， management and evaluation. They are engaged in the application of e-commerce-based senior specialists too. After the previous professional training of students， our school Constantly improve training programs to explore more rational structure and application of knowledge-based personnel training mode。In this context， to make a survey of previous students， to get some useful information from them， so that we can learn something useful for the students’ future learning and the teachers’ future teaching. This paper made through the questionnaire， analyzes the training methods， talent structure， setting up courses in the training of information management and information system professionals of our school. And explain which caused these gaps. Finally we will raise some corresponding countermeasures.
