ERP在神龙公司的应用与实证研究

摘  要

 随着经济与贸易的全球化，企业间的竞争日益激烈,企业信息化已从原来的大型企业发展到如今的中小型企业, 尽管我国中小企业信息化已有二十多年的实践经验，但是建设进程还参差不齐、地区发展也不平衡。本文研究了中小型制造型企业实施ERP的一些情况。
 企业资源计划系统体现了当今世界上先进的企业管理理论，并提供了企业信息化集成的优秀方案。它将企业的物流、资金流、价值流、业务流和信息流统一起来进行管理，对企业所拥有的人力、资金、材料、设备、方法（生产技术）、信息和时间等各项资源进行综合平衡和充分考虑，最大限度地利用企业现有资源取得更大的经济效益，科学、有效地管理企业人、财、物、产、供、销等各项具体工作。

 ABSTRACT

 With the economical and the trade globalization, competition between terprise is intensing day by day, The enterprise informationization has developed until now small-and-medium  enterprise from the original major industry, Although Our country Small and medium-sized enterprise informationization had been more than 20 years, the construction advancement is irregular, and the local development is not balanced. This article studied some situations of the small-and-medium manufacture enterprise to implement ERP.
  Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system incarnates the advanced enterprisemanagement theory,and supplies the excellent blue print of enterprise informationizationintegration.It manages the enterprise by unifing the material flow、capital flow、value flow、operation flow and information flow,balances the enterprise’s human resource、capital、material、equipment、technique、information and time,makes use of the existing resourcesfurthest to obtain more economy benefit,and manages the enterprise’s human、wealth、substance、manufacture、supply and sales effectively.
