内 容 摘 要

 自新的医疗体制改革以来社区医院的建设脚步加快，各种设施配置也在步入正轨，在加强社区医院信息化建设的道路上病人用户更加关注，社区医院和医生更加期待。这种信息化走入社区医院的趋势也将是得到大力的推广。
 范文是对当前医疗信息化的特性、现状、发展前景的研究和分析再结合当前社区医院开展信息化的现状和发展目标, 总结、评价了当前社区医院信息系统的使用进程情况和出现的诸多问题，并探讨未来医疗信息系统可行的开发实施方案，提出了完整的社区医院实施信息系统的解决方案。最后通过对实施效果的分析总结出了实施过程中的不足和需要在之后的工作中增加的部分，还提出了几点急待解决的方面。

ABSTRACT

 Since the rehabilitation of the health care system has sped up ,the construction of hospitals is in fast speed. in strengthening the community hospital information construction of the road users to pay more attention to patients, community hospitals and doctors expect more. This information into the trend of community hospitals will be vigorously promoting.
 This paper is the characteristics of the current medical information, current status, research, and analysis of the development of community hospitals to carry out combined with the current status and development of information technology object, summary and estimate the current community hospitals the use of information system process situation and emerging of many problems and to explore possible future medical information systems development and implementation of programs, presented a complete community hospital information system solutions. Finally, through the implementation of the results of the analysis summarized the deficiencies in the implementation process and the need to increase in the after part of the work, also put forward several aspects need to be resolved.
