内 容 摘  要

 本文是从技术的角度来研究了投稿管理系统的设计与实现，首先简述了投稿管理系统的发展现状，其次根据原学报编辑部的需求提出了投稿管理系统的各个功能模块组成，然后指出系统实现过程中的设计概念、逻辑及具体物理存储设计过程，最后阐述在实现本系统时所用到的相关技术。
 在分析投稿管理系统发展现状中，首先用投稿管理系统新模型架构图提出了系统由作者子系统、专家子系统及编辑子系统三个层面构成，并阐述了三个不同层面的功能状况与它们之间的联系与约束。
 在系统实现过程中，充分阐述了系统在实现过程中所用到的技术分析方法及其解决方案，并对设计过程做了详细的阐述。理论知识与实践开发相结合，通过长时间的工作系统基本实现了预期的功能目标。

the contribution administrative system
ABSTRACT

 This article has studied design and the realization of the contribution management system from the technical angle,First has summarized the development present situation of the contribution management system .Next according to the demand of the original journal editorial department to propose each function module composition of the contribution management system.Then points out the design concept , logical in the system realization process and the concrete physical memory design process. Finally elaborated the related technology when realizes this system uses.
 In analysis development present situation of the contribution management system,At First used a new model support composition to propose the author subsystem, the expert subsystem and the editor subsystem of the contribution management system and three stratification plane constitutions, and elaborated three different stratification plane function conditions and the relation and the restraint between them.
 In the realization process, elaborated fully system technology analysis method and solution which uses in the realization process, and to designed the process to make the detailed elaboration.
