内 容 摘  要

 近几十年来，浙江经济飞速发展，这其中，占浙江经济比重绝对地位的中小型企业功不可莫。随着经济的发展，中小型企业飞速发展壮大，随之而来的问题也日益显现。这些问题严重的遏制了浙江中小企业的发展，有些甚至威胁到企业的生命。本文将从人力资源管理的各个环节着手，分析各个环节中存在的问题，并有针对性的提出一些建议和解决方案，希望对那些存在问题或者陷入困境的中小企业有所帮助。

 ABSTRACT

 In recent decades, Zhejiang economy develops at full speed, the small and medium enterprises which Occupies absolute proportion in Zhejiang economic status played a major role. With the development of the economy, The small and medium enterprise grows strong rapidly, The following question also day by day appears. These problems serious prevented the development of SMEs in Zhejiang Province, some has even threatened the life of the enterprise. This article will begin from each link of human resources management, to analyze the question which in each link, and will have pointed proposed some suggestions and the solution, hoped or will fall into the difficult position small and medium-sized enterprise to these existence question to have the help.
