The information system has become the essential means to reach the systematical, technology and modern management of big small and medium-sized enterprises. It can regulate day-to-day management, support the leader to make the decisions, enhance the operational efficiency of the enterprise, providing timely, accurate, and a broad range of information. This paper Joins the modern management ideas and models, analysis and design for CRM system of small and medium-sized enterprise, which is the customer relationship management system.
