摘要

人脸识别也叫做人像识别、面部识别基于人的脸部特征信息进行身份识别的一种生物识别技术用摄像机或摄像头采集含有人脸的图像或视频流，并自动在图像中检测和跟踪人脸，进而对检测到的人脸进行脸部的一系列相关技术。本文介绍了人工智能的概念、发展史及其研究应用领域；人脸识别的概念及其在生物识技术上的优势；介绍人脸识别的发展历程；探讨了当前主流的人脸识别方法的研究技术和人脸识别技术在国内外的研究现状和目前人脸识别所存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出相应的解决方法；最后介绍了人脸识别不同领域的应用情况。
