摘 要

随着时代的发展，电子商务已渗透进我们每个人的生活中，网络普及率的逐渐提升，使得越来越多的人运用网络购物。我国是农业大国，光靠传统的商务模式并不能满足当今社会的经济发展需求，还需通过电子商务。江西省农产品丰富，是我国重要的农业大省，如何运用农村电子商务来改善农民生活，脱去贫困的帽子是重中之重。可江西省在农村电子商务的发展中一直面临着基础设施落后，产品品牌不明显市场不广，电商市场不规范存在恶性竞争，人才短缺等一系列问题。如何解决从而打开局面，如何运用特色化的思想来发展农村电子商务，对江西省的经济发展有着重要作用。

本文通过在阐述江西省农村电子商务发展现状的基础上，提出了一些发展上的问题，并结合江西省的特色，探讨、研究江西省发展特色化农村电子商务的对策。随着江西经济的发展，政府的高度重视，农户对电子商务的不断认识，电子商务的基础建设不断完善，江西省的特色化农村电子商务将不断发展，进入一个全新的发展阶段。

Abstract

With the development of The Times and the change of social concepts， the penetration rate of network technology in China is increasing day by day， and e-commerce is also developing rapidly. As China is a large agricultural country， the application of e-commerce in agricultural development is the top priority in China's economic development and rural poverty alleviation. Jiangxi province is rich in agricultural products and has obvious advantages in resource endowment. As the output value of commodities in agricultural products accounts for a large part of the agricultural output value， rural e-commerce will play an important role in how to avoid sluggish sales of agricultural products and alleviate the contradiction between small farmers and large markets. Studying the development of e-commerce in rural areas of jiangxi province plays an important role in promoting social progress in rural areas， promoting agricultural upgrading， rural development， increasing farmers' income， solving the problems of "agriculture， rural areas and farmers"， accelerating the adjustment of rural economic structure and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas.

On the basis of expounding the present situation of rural e-commerce development in jiangxi province， this paper puts forward some problems on the development， and discusses and studies the countermeasures of developing characteristic rural e-commerce in jiangxi province based on the characteristics of jiangxi province. With the development of jiangxi's economy， the government attaches great importance to it， farmers' continuous understanding of e-commerce and the constant improvement of e-commerce infrastructure， jiangxi's characteristic rural e-commerce will continue to develop and enter a new stage of development.
