本文研究在阐述精准扶贫的理念后，结合典型案例，探讨农村精准扶贫过程中共享发展理念的融合与运用。分析农村精准扶贫存在的问题与原因，发现数字扶贫问题突出，在具体扶贫过程中也存在建档立卡贫困户覆盖率不足、精准扶贫的帮扶对象不够精准，扶贫过程不公开，质疑较多，不利于精准扶贫的完成等问题，最后，设计改善农村精准扶贫工作的相关对策，立足积极发展经济并增加财政投入、精准确定对象和项目并合理执行制度，配合信息公开与动态监管来更好地解决农村贫困问题。

Abstract

After expounding the concept of precision poverty alleviation, this paper combines typical cases to explore the integration and application of shared development concepts in the process of rural precision poverty alleviation. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of rural poverty alleviation and finds that the problem of digital poverty alleviation is outstanding. In the specific poverty alleviation process, there are also insufficient coverage of poverty-stricken households in the establishment of the card, and the assistance targets for accurate poverty alleviation are not accurate enough. The poverty alleviation process is not open, and more questions are raised. It is not conducive to the completion of precision poverty alleviation. Finally, designing relevant countermeasures to improve rural poverty alleviation work, based on actively developing the economy and increasing financial input, accurately identifying targets and projects, and implementing the system reasonably, in line with information disclosure and dynamic supervision. Solve the problem of rural poverty.
