河南省农产品出口结构优化的对策研究

摘 要

中国的发展离不开农业的推动，农业的发展历史悠久。随着中国政府对“三农”问题的重视，中国农产品的优势将通过出口贸易来发挥作用，实现加强农业和富农的愿望。就如何更好地转变农业发展模式，让我国的农业又好又快地发展，成为了越来越多的人关注的问题。目前，河南省农产品出口存在较多的问题，故本文从产品结构、市场结构、贸易方式三大方面进行分析，为河南省农产品出口结构优化提出了系列对策，即：依靠科技，提升农产品质量；调整对外出口产品结构，扩大出口规模；完善农产品出口信息服务，拓展更多市场；开拓国际市场；打造国际品牌；增加科技投入，强化农产品加工；引进人才，多种贸易方式同步进行。

Abstract

China's development cannot be separated from the promotion of agriculture, which has a long history. As the Chinese government attaches importance to the issue of agriculture, countryside and farmers, the advantages of China's agricultural products will play a role through export trade to realize the desire to strengthen agriculture and rich peasants. More and more people are paying attention to how to better change the agricultural development mode and make our agriculture develop faster and better. At present, there are many problems in the export of agricultural products in Henan Province. Therefore, this paper makes an analysis from three aspects: product structure, market structure and trade mode, and puts forward a series of countermeasures for the optimization of the export structure of agricultural products in Henan Province, namely, relying on science and technology to improve the quality of agricultural products, adjusting the structure of export products, expanding the export scale, improving the export information service of agricultural products, and expanding more. Market; Open up international market; Build international brand; Increase investment in science and technology, strengthen the processing of agricultural products; Introduce talents, and carry out various trade modes synchronously.
