制剂的质量研究和质量控制

摘  要

因为中药材是中药饮品与药方制剂的原材料，它的品质将会直接影响到临床用药的有效与安全，所以中药的质量控制就显得十分关键。并且伴着中药在世界界限内的运用，中药质量控制确保中药“安全、有效、稳定、可控”，达成中药现代化、产业化以及国际化的中心问题。应当做到中药质量的平稳可控，就务必要客观合理的对中药质进行测定与控制。在近些年内，中药质量控制层面已经获得很好的研究成效，给中药的制剂与质量控制创下了很好的根基，然而，在这一层面依然存有一些瑕疵，应当不断的进行改进。

本文为了进一步的了解黄芪的相关信息，以总灰分浸出物含量与黄芪甲苷含量的研究方法开展更深层次的研究，通过研究总结出不同产地的黄芪的总灰分浸出物以及甲苷含量有着一定的差异，从而在经过范文的撰写研究之后，对黄芪的认知得到了很大的提升。

Abstract

Because the Chinese herbal medicine raw materials and preparation of the prescription of Chinese herbal drink, its quality will directly affect the safe and effective clinical treatment, so it is very important to the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. And with the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the world within the limits of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese Medicine quality control to ensure the safe, effective, stable, controllable, reach the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, the center problem of industrialization and internationalization. Should be stable and controllable quality of traditional Chinese medicine, it is necessary for Chinese medicine quality objective and reasonable determination and control. In recent years, Chinese medicine quality control level has been achieved good achievements, to the Chinese medicine preparation and quality control of a good foundation. However, there are still some defects in this level, should be improved continuously.

This paper describes the pharmacological effects of Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali on introduction to under different conditions, followed by Astragalus from different producing areas were measured by different content of astragaloside and extract content, the quality of Radix Astragali and preparations were determined, and the corresponding results.
