摘要

随着人口和社会因素的老龄化，阿尔茨海默病已成为老年人的一个重要因素，严重影响健康和生活质量，现代医学尚不清楚阿尔茨海默病和疾病进展的原因，治疗只能缓解疾病的症状，并不能阻止或逆向治疗阿尔茨海默病。在继承与创新为研究阿尔兹海默病的中药应该坚持原则明确，本病属于古人的宝贵的经验学习，同时根据实际情况，以审证求因，判断的基本原则和对“治理”的态度，探讨其发病机制、治疗和处方。

    在本文中，老年人阿尔茨海默病（AD）在临床治疗过程中患者用药更为复杂，对老年AD患者的临床药学服务实施的迫切需要，负责提供药物治疗老年患者的保障，为了充分发挥药物预防，保证治疗效果，对减少事故的发生和药物不良反应发生的药物不良反应的发生，及时有效的治疗，是很有意义的提高住院医疗保健的整体质量。

Abstract

    With the population and the social factors of aging, Alzheimer's disease has become an important factor in the elderly, seriously affecting the health and quality of life, modern medicine is not clear in Alzheimer's disease and disease, treatment can relieve the symptoms of the disease, and can not stop or reverse the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. On the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine for research on Alzheimer's disease should adhere to the principle of clear, the disease belongs to the valuable experience of learning at the same time, according to the actual situation, to trial by the judge and the basic principles of "governance" attitude, to investigate the pathogenesis, treatment and prescription.

    In this paper, the elderly Blzheimer disease (AD) in the clinical treatment of the patients with medication is more complex, there is an urgent need to implement of clinical pharmacy services for elderly patients with AD, responsible for providing drug treatment in elderly patients with security, in order to give full play to drug prevention, ensure treatment effect, to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and drug the adverse reaction accident occurred, timely and effective treatment, is of great significance to improve the overall quality of inpatient medical care.
