麻黄-附子药对的研究进展

摘要

药对是在临床用药中相对固定的两味药的配伍应用，既可同类相求，相辅相成而效显；又可相反相成，张弛有道而阴阳调。药对是中药配伍中最小的固定单位，是连接单味药与方剂的桥梁，其作为中药配伍的雏形，对其进行研究，弥补中药复方药味多、作用关系复杂的缺点，解决单味药在复方中功效发挥差异。

麻黄-附子为临床常用药对，以麻黄-附子入药的方剂有麻黄附子细辛汤、麻黄-附子甘草汤、麻黄附子汤等。根据不同汤方、不同剂量，麻黄-附子药对作用功效有显著性差异。因此，研究麻黄-附子药对配伍规律，阐明其配伍机制，寻求发挥最佳药理药效的配伍比例，为有效指导有关麻黄-附子药对的临床遣方用药提供理论依据，也将有利于针对疾病谱的变化和病症的发展而创制新的药对。

Abstract 

The medicine is the compatibility of application in clinical medication relatively fixed two medicines, can be together, complement each other and significant effect; and the proper way of relaxation and regulating yin and Yang both opposite and complementary. The smallest unit is fixed on the drug compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine, is a bridge between single medicine and the prescription, the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine as a prototype, the study of Chinese herbal compound ingredients, make up the shortcoming of complex relationship, solve the single herb in compound can play the difference. 

Ephedra-Aconitum Aconiti is a common clinical medicine. The prescription for Ephedra-Aconitum is ephedra asarum, Ephedra-licorice soup and ephedra decoction. According to the different decoction and different dosage, the effect of Ephedra-Aconitum on the effect is significant difference. Therefore, the research of Ephedra from medicine compatibility law, clarify its compatibility mechanism, seek the best compatibility proportion play pharmacological effect, to provide theoretical basis for effective guidance for clinical medicine Ephedra-Aconite on medication, will also benefit for the changes of disease spectrum and the progression of the disease and to create new drugs.
