一、测定目的
建立黄连提取物高效液相色谱法(HPLC)含量测定方法。测定黄连及制剂中盐酸药根碱、盐酸表小檗碱、盐酸黄连碱、盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱的含量,。
二、黄连及其制剂中生物碱成分简介。
(一)黄连及其主要化学成分 :
黄连:又名:味连、川连、鸡爪连。属毛茛科、黄连属多年生草本植物,叶全部基生,叶片坚纸质,卵状三角形,边缘有锐锯齿,侧生裂片不等,叶柄长5-12cm。黄连喜冷凉、湿润、荫蔽,需要温度低、空气湿度大的自然环境,忌高温、干旱。常野生或栽培于海拔1000-1900m的山谷凉湿荫蔽密林中。其味入口极苦,性寒,归心、胃、肝、大肠经,具清热泻火,燥湿,解毒之功效。临床上多用于治疗痢疾、急性胃肠炎、慢性腹泻、呼吸道感染以及各种炎症,近年研究发现其在抗肿瘤、抗心率失常、降血糖等方面亦有明显作用
